Returns

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the product is in good condition. Make sure the product is complete with its original packaging and accessories. Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are clearly marked on the product page.

If the product is not to your liking or if there are any defects, please send us an email explaining the reason for your return and include photos of the product. We will send you the correct return form.

Important:
If the return form is not fully completed, we cannot process the return request.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a message to gdynamicsenterpriseslimited@gmail.com to request a returns form. This form will be sent to you by email.

Exceptions
Some products cannot be returned, such as those that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal is broken. These products are clearly marked on the product page.

Condition of the Product
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in good condition and include tags and labels. The product must not show any signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if, upon inspection, it appears that they have already been used or are damaged through no fault of our own.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you send your Track & Trace (T&T) information to gdynamicsenterpriseslimited@gmail.com so we can track your return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the product in good condition, we will exchange it as soon as possible or refund the purchase price to your bank account within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
